What we collect

Account and billing information you provide, and operational telemetry required to run the network — link health, throughput, and fault data.

We do not sell customer data. We do not inspect or log the contents of your traffic.

Telemetry

Pulse publishes aggregate, de-identified network metrics. Per-customer telemetry is used only for operating and restoring your service.

Your control

You may request access to or deletion of your account data through Uplink, subject to legal retention requirements.
