Prohibited use

No use of the network to transmit unlawful content, to attack or disrupt other systems, or to send unsolicited bulk communications.

No attempt to breach, probe, or degrade the integrity of the Segal Connect network or any connected system without written authorization.

Network management

Lattice routes traffic to preserve stability for all customers. We do not throttle by application or content. Where congestion management is required, it is applied neutrally and disclosed on Pulse.

Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension. Where stability is at risk we act first and notify promptly, with the incident logged on Pulse.
